Playing in the snow

If you have a camera with manual capabilities and are like me- drawn to photographing snow like it is some sort of DRUG, then try some different stuff!

I shot these this morning using a treeline and my house as a backdrop with a 70-200mm 2.8 lens.

Snow 1:
f-stop: 7.1
shutter: 1/160 sec
ISO: 1600
lens: 140mm

Snow 2:
f-stop: 11
shutter: 1/160 sec
ISO 1600
lens: 145mm

Snow 3:
f-stop: 2.8
shutter: 1/500 sec
ISO 500
lens: 140mm

Snow 4:
f-stop: 2.8
shutter: 1/100 sec
ISO: 1600
lens: 130mm

ISO: 250
lens: 17mm
430ex ii (off camera) FLASH: E-TTL mode (use your pop-up flash for a similar effect)
