Ruth, senior year

This morning, our fun photo entourage led us to what I think is one of the most beautiful places in all of Tennessee: Water Valley. And even more beautiful, a family friend's farm, nestled in rolling farmland dappled with valley-like pastures, old barns and... oh sorry.. back to Ruth.

This smart, beautiful and fun senior made our shoot feel like something out of a magazine rather than a portrait session.

Her shyness in front of the camera quickly wore off.

Special thank you to Ruth's awesome mom, Dawn for carrying EVERYTHING and you may recognize my assistants (Ellie and Mary) from the shoot below this one ;)
Ruth, don't worry about not knowing exactly what your major is- seems to me that you will do well no matter what you choose.

We don't know Ruth very well but instantly knew she had that "something" when we met her at the CDA recital. From there, she was my 5yo's favorite swim instructor! Her radiance shines from within and I only wish we had met her earlier because I so desperately need a fab babysitter! Best of luck to Ruth! The picks are gorgeous! My fav is the one in front of the barn in the tunic!
